New portal is AWFUL!! Just like everyone else, I can’t login because every time I hit the LOGIN button, it sends me right back and it won’t allow me to login!!! I don’t know why people think, “we’ll screw it up and tell everyone it’s going to be better”. HORRIBLE

I’m still trying to access florid account and it brings me right back to
myfamily.com I was approved by the letters but cannot get into access Fl when I contact Medicaid, they tell me I am approved but not how to link when I try to go to access Florida and I called Medicare and they have done not see any approval notice. myfamilyacess.com has no way to link This is very frustrating. I don’t know if I am covered when I am at the Cancer Center.

I was finally able to renew my account but now I can not vet back in ! I don’t know who you think you made this better because this is terrible and as what everyone else is saying you suck now !!!
